Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Appha(the "Service") and related websites such as automaticapply.com (the "Site"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws that apply to you.

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity that occurs through your Appha account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. As described on the pricing page, the current offering is approximately ₹999 for month of access, processed through Razorpay. Prices and duration may change for new purchases; your active period is based on what was shown at checkout.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms. We do not store your full payment credentials.

Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with payment details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Use the Service in a way that violates third-party terms (including job boards or employers)

The Service provides software tools. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, or career advice. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing applications and opportunities before acting on them.

The Site, Service, branding, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal job-search purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain rights to content you submit (such as profile information). You grant us a license to use that content as needed to operate the Service.

The Service integrates with third parties (for example Google, Supabase, Razorpay). We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or policies. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS A HIGHER LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India may have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.
