This Privacy Policy applies to Appha(the "Service") operated through websites such as automaticapply.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account information — such as name, email address, and profile image from Google when you sign in through OAuth.
• Profile and preferences — information you enter during onboarding (for example interests, locations, work preferences, résumé file name, and related fields stored in our database).
• Payment information — Razorpay processes payments. We may store order IDs, payment status, amounts, and timestamps. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
• Usage and technical data — such as browser type, device information, IP address, and logs generated by our hosting infrastructure for security and operation.
• Communications — if you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address.

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Process subscriptions and record payment status
• Display your dashboard, applications list, and related features
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the product and fix errors
• Comply with applicable law and protect against abuse or fraud

We rely on third-party services that process data on our behalf, including:

• Google — for sign-in (OAuth)
• Supabase — for database hosting
• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Hosting providers — to run the application

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example payment records).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update certain profile fields in the dashboard. You may disconnect Google access through your Google account settings. For other requests (access, correction, deletion), contact us at hello@automaticapply.com.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us.

Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
